Our Warranty Policy: Our entire range is covered by a full 12 months warranty. The item(s) cannot be physically broken or damaged upon return, under our 12 month warranty policy. Once the item is returned and the fault/issue verified by a member of our returns team, a full refund or exchange will be processed within seven days.

Our Refund Policy: We offer a no quibbles refund on all our products. This is valid for 30 days from receipt of delivery of the item(s). Refunds are processed upon items(s) and all package & contents returned to us.

Our Change of Mind & Exchange Policy: We offer a 30 day no quibble change of mind and/or exchange policy. All goods must be returned in same condition along with all contents & packaging. Goods cannot be broken or damaged under our change of mind and/or exchange policy.
